How do I know which service/product is right for me?

Our service and product descriptions on the Services page should be helpful in deciding which option is best for you and your event. If you are still not sure, feel free to contact us with the details and we would be happy to help you choose the right one.

What if I expect more children than your package includes?

We will provide you with the number of animators necessary to maintain our adult to child ratios and send you a quote accordingly. Our ratios for the playroom service are:1:1 for children 18 months and under,  1:2 or 3 for children aged 2-3 years,  1:5 for children 4-12 years, with a minimum of 2 animators per supervised pop-up playroom.

How do I prepare my child for their first time with Kidtabulous?

Here are some helpful tips to help your child have the most stress-free and fun experience with us if it's their first time:

  1.  Let your child know in advance that they will be in the childcare room while you attend the event, and that you will be a few feet away, so they will be prepared.

  2. Before you drop your child off with us, take a moment to show them around the space to help them get excited about all of the fun they will have with us!

  3.  Introduce your child to the animators and let them know a few things your child likes to do for fun. The animators will be warm, friendly and inviting, and will help your child get comfortable.

  4. Your child can bring a small item to keep with them if it helps them to feel more comfortable.

  5. Rest assured, we do our best to make each child comfortable, happy and having fun. Even hesitant children are having a blast with us within a few minutes.

  6. We keep your contact information for emergencies, so we will get in touch with you if absolutely necessary!

How early should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to make sure you reserve your date.  (Minimum 8-12 weeks). Your date is considered booked when we have confirmed, received your deposit and you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

How do I find out your cancellation and payment policies?

We will send you a copy of our cancellation and payment policies when you are ready to book. You just have to fill out the form on our contact page so that we can make and send a quote for you.
